The 2022 Annual General Meeting and Special General Meeting took place on July 14th. Minutes of the AGM are available on the Downloads page along with copies of the Resolution passed at the SGM and the revised Company Articles of Association.
Incorporated on March 24th 2020 Durham Amateur Rowing Club 1860 Limited was adopted by special resolution on March 19th 2020. Articles were amended by special resolution on September 30th 2021 and further amended by special resolution on July 14th 2022.
