We are sorry to learn of the death of Duncan Lomas at the age of 86 on July 11th following a short illness.
Duncan was a prominent member of the Club in the 1960s and 70s and acted as Project Manager on the original building project when we first moved to our current site between 1968 and 1971. Much of the work on building the Boathouse was done by club volunteers with Duncan leading.
Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
