Congratulations to Quinn Mosley on his selection for the team to represent Great Britain at the 2026 Under-19 World Rowing Championships taking place at Plovdiv, Bulgaria between August 6th and 9th, when a field of 660 athletes from 55 nations will race for world medals across 14 boat classes.
Quinn will join Alfie Webb of Leander Club in the GB Men’s double sculls, the event with the biggest field of the regatta, with 33 crews entered.

At the 2026 Henley Royal Regatta Quinn represented Durham ARC in the Prince of Wales Challenge Cup, and in 2025 he won gold medals in both the J16 1x and J18 1x at the British Rowing Championships.
In June Plovdiv hosted the second event of the 2026 World Rowing Cup. The regatta course in Plovdiv was designed in consultation with 1976 Olympic Champion Svetla Otzetova, and is one of 79 courses she has been involved with designing.

Also selected in the GB team is Jonny Cleugh who represented Durham ARC in the J16 1x at the 2024 British Rowing Junior Championships before moving to Radley College to further his sweep rowing career. Jonny is selected in the Under-19 Men’s pair.
