Roger Stainforth was unable to take part in the British Rowing Indoor Championships this year but plans to be back in action for next year’s Championships when he moves up an age category.
Before the Championships which were held on December 9th at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham as part of FitFest 2023 Fergus Mainland caught up with him in an interview conducted for Inside Indoor which you can read here.
