Entry Information - Saturday 7th May


  • Entry fees are £7 per seat for Senior events and £5 per seat for junior events.  Coxes are FREE
  • Doubling up is permitted between divisions, no doubling up within a division (crew and equipment). Times of divisions are approximate and are subject to change depending on entries
  • Please state if you are NOT prepared to row at higher status/ age group.  Masters handicap system will be used as required
  • Entries and payment by Online BROE ONLY
  • If you have trouble using the system, please contact the entries secretary regattasec@durham-arc.org.uk before 28th April
  • Entries close at 6pm Friday 29th April.
  • Any changes of status at York Spring should be notified by the end of 30th April

 
Draw Information


  • The draw will take place on Saturday 30th April  and Sunday 1st May.
  • The draw and safety instructions will be sent out electronically to all competing clubs and therefore please ensure the email address on BROE is correct, or email regattasec@durham-arc.org.uk with your correct details, including phone number for queries regarding your entries.
  • The draw and safety instructions will be posted on www.durham-arc.org.uk on or after 3rd May

In the event of cancellation or suspension of the event entry fees will not be refunded.
